How is the coaching done?
Our one on one coaching takes place via either a Skype or Zoom meeting (screensharing) – during your scheduled time, will get full access to your coach, they will walk you through everything step-by-step depending on your specific business needs and desires. You can ask him\her questions during your scheduled call. In our experience, an hour is the maximum efficient duration for a coaching call, and between calls you’re welcome to get in touch with our support in order to help you with any smaller questions or urgent requests you may have between coaching calls.
How can you accept payment?
We accept Visa/MasterCard. You can pay either through our secure website, or via phone.
Will your coaching work for me?
While we don’t know your business and can’t guarantee success for our clients – our coaches will teach you the basics of running, managing and scaling a business, and are here to help you every step of the way.
Can I make changes to my content order?
After you and MY SUCCESS TEAM have agreed to the terms and general content that is required, we are happy to personalize any small changes for you along the way to tailor it just to your liking. However, it does have to be within reason and within the same general business model decided at the time of purchase (for example, say you choose to start a pet supply webstore and we work on that together for a few months, but then we are asked to change the entire site to a store for women’s fitness clothes… we can’t help you with that… that would be like ordering a medium-rare steak, eating half then sending it back for a rare steak). We are here to help every step of the way, and will also help you to make clear decision and stay on track until you’re successful.
I’m not sure the content meets my project outline, what should I do?
We do our best to make sure you are satisfied with our work and we value our relationship with you. If you believe the content misses the mark, let us know so we can review it for you. MY SUCCESS TEAM is happy to offer a rewrite of content that is off point, until it meets the high standards that we set for ourselves, and (most importantly) is to our clients’ requirements and satisfaction.
I’m not happy with my purchase, can I get a refund?
